Lingua Science is always looking for highly experienced translators, particularly with auto industry or business experience.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work on-call freelance days, or evenings and weekends

  • College degree (business/engineering degrees desired, or language background with translation and work experience)

  • Business, technical/engineering, financial, or legal work experience

  • Several years of translation experience

  • Ability to meet deadlines while providing consistently high quality translations

  • Intermediate to advanced MSOffice skills including the ability to make tables, insert graphics, and format documents in MSWord, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Additional layout skills in Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and Photoshop helpful but not required
