Lingua Science’s recruiting services for permanent, direct-hire employees take the burden of finding the right candidate off your shoulders and put it on ours. In addition to advertising, our recruiters use personal and business networking to find candidates who are the perfect fit, even among prospects who may not actively be job-hunting.

We are so confident you will be happy with any Lingua Science candidate you hire on a permanent basis that we offer a 90-day guarantee. If the employee quits or is dismissed within 90 days of the hire date, you pay nothing.

What is best fit evaluation?

Sometimes, when several candidates appear equally qualified on paper, one will intuitively be a better fit for your organization than the others. Lingua Science’s pre-screening matrix includes the application of a human factor, or intuition, in company-candidate matches. The more we know about your company culture and particular departmental needs, the better we can match our potential candidates to suit.

We make every effort to get to know your organization. If your company is a low-key, “jeans and T-shirts” kind of place, there’s no point in sending you a Type-A candidate who prefers Italian suits.
