Japanese-speaking Human Resources Administrative Assistant


Japanese-speaking Human Resources Administrator needed to support the HR and Legal
Departments of an international automotive supplier in Troy, MI. Japanese skills (business level
Japanese) are highly preferred for this position. Entry-level candidates may be considered.

Duties of Japanese-speaking Human Resources Administrator:

  • Support the administration of employee surveys, tuition reimbursement, flextime program, and other
    employee-related programs
  • Assist with all immigration matters
  • Maintain data on company metrics
  • Compile and create reports and presentations
  • Process invoices for approval/payment
  • Support exit interview administration
  • Support contract management processes
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements of Japanese-speaking Human Resources Administrator:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1 year administrative experience. Entry-level candidates may be considered.
  • MSOffice
  • Japanese skills at a business level preferred (JLPT 1 or 2 for non-native Japanese speakers)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High degree of professionalism and excellent human relations skills in interacting with internal and
    external customers
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
